Barre Align
Barre Align is a unique full-body workout that combines the classic barre technique with a focus on flexibility and balance training. In a 1 hour class, you can improve your flexibility and joint mobility while also building muscular strength and stability. This class uses small movements to improve your overall alignment and balance.
Barre Ball Blast
Barre Ball Blast uses stability ball fused with pilates and barre style exercises to tighten and tone your entire body. Focusing predominantly on the lower body and core, you will target all those problem areas creating long, lean muscles. Finish up with a relaxing stretch to elongate all the muscles you just worked.
Barre Classic
Barre Classic is the original and most effective low-impact, full-body barre workout. In this 50-minute class, you’ll use a ball, weights, and a double tube to guide you through a series of high-intensity, isometric movements that improve your flexibility while toning and strengthening your body.
