 Pilates / Barre

If you’re new to Pilates or Barre workouts, the Pilates / Barre class is the perfect starting point. This small group class uses low-impact, small movements to introduce you to the basic movements of  Pilates/ Barre workouts. You’ll experience how the technique works as well as feel the benefits of a full-body Pilates / Barre workout. Best of all, you don’t pay for your first class.

Pilates Ball Blast 

Pilates  Ball Blast uses stability ball fused with Pilates and ball style exercises to tighten and tone your entire body. Focusing predominantly on the lower body and core, you will target all those problem areas creating long, lean muscles. Finish up with a relaxing stretch to elongate all the muscles you just worked.

Classic Pilates Fusion

The Classic Pilates class is a fusion of traditional Pilates exercises, resistance bands, yoga ball or sliders to add an extra challenge to the workout. This class focuses on building strength and improving flexibility, balance, and coordination.
