Meditation & Coffee 

Join the 'Coffee and Connection' class to explore mindfulness through sensory meditation and guided body scans. This session combines the comforting aromas of coffee, tea or any other beverage you use to get started in the morning, with techniques to enhance presence and readiness to start your day. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this event offers an engaging way to connect with yourself and others in a calming environment. You may bring  along with a beverage that allows you to feel the temperature of the beverage and smell the aroma.

Weekly Wine Down

‘Weekly Wine Down’ offers the perfect end to your work week. We will pour a glass,
and ease into your weekend with meditation and a calming relaxation session. We will start with some conversation and easy stretching. Then we will move into a mindfulness session based on our five senses. It is the perfect way to wash away the stresses of the workplace, decompress and begin the peaceful or recreative phase of the week – The Weekend. 

 

Fridays, 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

 

Mimosa Morning Meditation

Begin your weekend with the ‘Mimosa Morning Meditation’ class, designed to cultivate mindfulness in a serene atmosphere. This guided session combines calming techniques with the invigorating aroma of citrus to enhance focus and relaxation. Suitable for all experience levels, participants will leave feeling refreshed and centered. Reserve your spot to start your weekend with clarity and tranquility.
