What To Expect In Class

With every class set to the hottest music, you'll start with a warm-up that focuses on postural strength and alignment. After that, you'll move into a series of upper and lower body exercises using light weights, tailored to improve your strength, flexibility, and mobility. Finally, we'll finish off with core work and a relaxing and invigorating final stretch to leave you feeling energized and rejuvenated.

What To Bring + Wear

Come as you are, we'll take care of the rest. We provide everything you need for an incredible workout experience, free of any extra charge. We do recommend bringing your own water bottle and towel, so you can stay hydrated and fresh during your workout. And when it comes to attire, wear comfortable clothing that allows our expert instructors to see your form and alignment, so they can help you achieve the best possible results.
