 Our program is designed for all levels and abilities.  We offer a community fitness program that includes chair-based and/or standing workouts, designed to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. This matters because regular activity helps older adults maintain independence, reduce fall risk, and improve mental and physical health. Many seniors skip exercise due to cost,  it possible for everyone to stay active without breaking the bank !!! Super effective! Super fun! 

Dance FITness

To improve fitness while having fun, dance fitness combines movement with music. Combines dance and aerobic exercise for a full-body workout. Incorporates various dance styles, such as Zumba, hip-hop, and salsa. Enhances cardiovascular health and endurance. Boosts mood and reduces stress through rhythmic movement. Suitable for all fitness levels, making it accessible to everyone. Often set in a group class environment, promoting social interaction.
